Ycoor Systems SA was founded in 2007 and provides expertise in scientific computing and numerical simulation. The company develops its business along two lines (which can of course interact) :

The first line focuses on the creation, improvement, testing, maintenance and distribution of software solutions.
The second line focuses on high quality services for numerical simulation solutions and related activities.

Ycoor Systems is situated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais. Our offices are located in Sierre in the Techno-pôle, which is a center hosting several start-ups and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) developing their business in the area of new technologies.

Since its creation, Ycoor Systems SA is supported by the Cimark company, which helps and supports SMEs by providing access to a local, national and international network of competences.

Ycoor Systems closely collaborates with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), more specifically with Professor Marco Picasso’s group (formerly, the chair of Analysis and numerical simulation – ASN – of Professor Jacques Rappaz). Before a reorganization in 2015, several projects were also conducted with the Computational Materials laboratory (LSMX) of Professor Michel Rappaz. These collaborations allow to provide our clients with a high level of knowledge regarding scientific computing and numerical simulation.
